Frequently Asked Questions
1.) Is there parking?
Answer: Yes! There is metered parking on K Street as well as the neighboring streets in the area. Garage Parking is also available.

2.) Can I take the metro to get there?
Answer: Yes! This is the easier way of getting to Optimal during the work day.
Helpful Hints: Farragut North (Red Line) and Farragut West (Orange Line) are the closest. Both are a 5 minute walk to Optimal.
3.) What clothes should I wear?
Answer: Whatever you can be comfortable in. That said, if you are coming in for your knee, please make sure whatever you are wearing allows the knee to be exposed i.e. shorts, sweatpants.
4.) How much time will the session take?
Answer: Approximately 55 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
5.) Do I need a referral from my Physician?
Answer: No! As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I am a Direct Access Provider, which means that you can come see me without a referral from your Doc!
6.) Is there somewhere for me to change my clothes afterwards? I need to get to work!
Answer: Of course! There are three change rooms that you can use. Two of the change rooms have showers that you are more than welcome to use as well!
7.) I am in the building you are located in, where do I go!?!?!
Answer: Great question! Here are some helpful instructions.
1.) Get on the elevator
2.) Select level “T” (as in Tommy)
3.) Once you are out of the elevator, walk towards the hallway
4.) There will be a short hallway and a long hallway, turn LEFT down the shorter part of the hallway
5.) You will see Suite T-125 (it is a see-through glass door)
6.) The glass-door will say "Ambitious Athletics" in orange and yellow colors...there may even be music playing:)
7.) Walk in because you have arrived!
8.) What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept all forms of payment including: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, HSA/FSA, Check, Apple Pay, Google Pay
